The games you love are worth fighting for.
The lack of a single, clear, national standard for eligibility, transfers, and NIL compensation has created unsustainable chaos that threatens to destroy the cherished system of college sports in America — the rivalries, the rosters, the educational mission, the sense that games are won on the field, not bought beforehand.
Only Congress can save it, and we're calling on lawmakers to act urgently.

Recent events have made it clear:
Something has to change.
College sports have always been about more than the game: pride, tradition and loyalty; student-athletes competing for their school, not a paycheck; rivalries built over decades, not seasons; championships earned on the field. That's what fans love, and it's what's at risk.
Fans feel the chaos firsthand: rosters turning over every offseason, championships seeming to go to the highest bidder, and a growing belief that the playing field is no longer level.
We’re at a crisis point.
Call on Congress to act now.
What happens without Congress?
Absent Congressional action:
The lack of consistent eligibility rules creates ongoing confusion and instability.
Student-athletes can transfer unlimited times, unfettered by guardrails or portals.
No enforceable limits exist on compensation, creating out-of-control, unsustainable levels of spending that threaten women's and Olympic sports.
Agents can operate unregulated and take advantage of student-athletes.
The most basic rules — like those prohibiting betting on your own team — are at risk.
Congress can act to protect student- athletes.
Congressional action can restore stability and preserve opportunity for generations of student-athletes to come. It can:
Protect the student-athlete model at the heart of college sports.
Provide reasonable guardrails around transfers.
Protect NIL opportunities for student-athletes while ensuring a level playing field and preserving the college athletics experience for all athletes.
Regulate agents to protect student-athletes.
Provide legal protections to create and enforce reasonable rules to govern college athletics and ensure fair play.
Preserve the fairness and continuity fans expect: competitive games, recognizable rosters, and championships earned on the field, not bought off it.
Our position on proposed legislation:
We appreciate the effort put forth by congressional leaders and President Trump to provide solutions to address the turmoil in college sports.
Congress must pass legislation like the Protect College Sports Act that will restore national standards to college sports and provide a stronger legal and operational framework than exists under the current chaotic environment.
We believe the Senate and House of Representatives can come together to enact federal legislation that protects the future of college sports in America.
